Overcome the pain of religious trauma and step into new life as a leader of light in a really powerful way, regardless of denomination. I personally have recovered from a lifetime of trauma from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

The healing I have found on my journey has been so profound that it completely transformed me in mind, body and spirit. It was an awakening that changed my whole perspective on life, what I have been through, and my purpose. I have overcome the chronic pain of rheumatoid arthritis after suffering from it for nearly two decades by using all the knowledge, tools and technics I share in this course. I have organized this course into four sections with 40+ lessons.

Rewriting Damaging Beliefs
The things we have been taught throughout our experience in toxic religion can taint our world view and our self-image. There are higher and more loving truths to embrace. This section allows us to reframe toxic beliefs and teaches you how to energetically release them from your mind, body and spirit.

Stepping Into Power and Purpose
Now that we have been empowered and have released the chains hold, we can step into our role as leaders of light. Here we learn how to clear generational trauma, reconnect with our intuition and inner guidance system. You will learn how to be your own healer and guide.
